Advantages: Thought provoking, Inspiring, Interesting.

Disadvantages: Hard to follow at times.

Numb was defiantly an opportunity Mathew Perry grabbed as most of you probably know, he has been staring in the well known sitcom 'Friends'. Unfortunately there is no humour in this film but that doesn't make it any less of a film. The film basically gives the viewers an idea of what it's like to be a person who has the condition 'depersonalization', it shows all the troubles the character comes across throughout the film whether that be relationship, friendship and even family problems - this film covers it all. At times the film can appear a little confusing but if you're looking to buy the DVD then you would probably want to watch it a few times anyway due to its shear excellence and cunning layout. It makes you think about all aspects of life whilst giving an entertaining experience at the same time. If you're the type that likes films which make you think or films you love being able to emphasize for the character then I would recommend this film to you. It sends your thoughts on a trip to another world (literally).

Summary: This film is recommended to the curious type who loves thinking things over for a while.
