WARNING: This opinion could seriously improve your health and prevent black eyes. I've got two black eyes, lost an inch off of my waist and half an inch off of my hips so far thanks to Patsy. She claims she lost a stone in weight, two inches off her hips and an inch and a half off her waist. She fails to mention the black eyes and say how long it took though... • The mission... After reading an opinion on Aerobics and being made to feel very guilty, (you know who you are!) I rushed out to the bus stop (heehee) to go to town and hunt down the perfect video. I needed to tone up and I needed a video that was going to be used ... Read the complete review

I bought Patsy Palmer's club workout for the bargain price of £10 from Woolworths. What possessed me? Well, the only other exercise video I have done was one of Cindy Crawfords. Maybe it's just me, but it's not my idea of fun to be sweating in my front room whilst watching perfect Cindy looking gorgeous, never faltering, located on a beach, or at the foot of a mountain. Oi, Cindy, nooooooo! How inadequate do you want to make us feel? Some people may say that looking at the beautiful ones inspires us, but it makes me want to give up and not waste my time trying! Anyway, onto Patsy. I've always found her down to earth (she married a taxi ... Read the complete review

No I'm not insane. I want you all to be honest and admit to singing in the shower, pretending to be someone out of steps while washing up in the kitchen - and now stop picking on me for dancing to Patsy Palmers Club Workout. I spend yonks on the net and not enough time at the local club. I don't want my bum pinched by a local charmer or to pay 6 quid to get into the club in the first place. What I want is a body like Madonna and the skills of a dancer - I no longer dream. I put Patsy on after a hard day sat on an office chair getting RSI and I am a groove machine for a hour. Now, I agree with some of the other opinions here that losing weight ... Read the complete review

I have always loved doing excersise and before I moved to the UK was doing water aerobics, Tae-bo, walking and cycling and going to the gym 3 days a week. Moved to the UK and have been busy being a tourist and havent had time or the money to go to the gym etc, so I thought I would by myself some fitness videos to keep me in shape. Saw Patsy's video and thought it looked and sounded great. What an utter disappointment and thank god I only paid £9.99 for it and not more. I thought it was a very slow, basic and a boring workout, and I am totally amazed that Patsy danced away a stone, and didnt fall asleep half way through it!! As she ... Read the complete review

I'm a sucker for exercise videos, especially celebrity one's so when I saw Patsy Palmer had a new one out I thought I had to get myself a copy. It says on the cover it's 'so much fun i doesn't feel like a workout'. Well, it is a fun, Patsy certainly looks like she's enjoying herself but I didn't find this video really offered anything new. The dance steps are pretty basic, good if you are just starting out but pretty dull if you really want a challenge and get you're heart rate going. This follows on from her first video which was pretty much in the same vane and they both the kind of workouts i'd ... Read the complete review
