Peppa pig is a successful children's program that is currently been shown on Milkshake nick junior. I t is hugely popular with both boys and girls despite the fact the Peppa is the protagonist. Muddy Puddles is part of my daughter's ever growing Peppa Pig collection. I believe Muddy Puddles was the first Peppa Pig dvd to be released. Peppa is a inquisitive little piggy who lives with Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and her adorable little brother George. Currently airing an episode every weekday on Milkshake on Five (I believe it also airs on Nick Jr.), Peppa Pig quickly endeared herself to my daughter, with the bright simple animation, cute voices, interesting sounds and catchy but simple theme tune. This particular dvd is played over and over in my house. My two youngest children love it most and they are now aged 3 and 5. It's about a little family of 4 pigs; daddy pig, mummy pig, peppa pig and george her little brother. The graphics on this animated cartoon are very simple and very captivating with their bright colours. My Daughter is a huge fan of Peppa Pig and watches the programme on Milkshake most days so I bought this DVD last December and it is still one of her favourites. The DVD has 12 different episodes of Peppa pig and they follow Peppa and her family through lots of different adventures. Peppa and her brother George have lots of fun splashing in Muddy puddles, planting strawberries in their Grandads vegetable patch and talking to Polly Parrot their grandparents new pet.
