Piano virtuoso Robert Dominici (Michael York) is much loved and famous face in Italy, but when his girlfriend is murdered it seems that Robert turns recluse crumbling away from his public life. But as time goes on it seems that he may have been involved in the death of his girlfriend; furthermore this leads Police Inspector Datti (Donald Pleasance) to connect the murder with a Doctor, interestingly committed on the night of Dominici's final public appearance.

An important word about Shameless A week ago I read the most wonderful words, Shameless Films (or Shameless Screen Entertainment). While flicking through the pages of sleazy magazine DVD World I noticed a couple of DVD's listed with Shameless as the realising company, initially assuming they were a US company. Having engaged brain a little more I discovered that Shameless were very much a UK based company focused with releasing the movies that nobody else has the guts to.
