Advantages: very good looking actors and exciting storyline

Disadvantages: lenghty film and small setting area.

this excting thriller starrig lead actor the hunky colin farrell. who's good looks and tremendous acting talent has to have added to the rocket success of this taut film. he is one of the few actors who deserves his success. (controversial>? i know but i am a fan)

Farrell who stars here as stu is always on his mobile phone. katie holmes is the young woman who farrell has a daily chat to in a phone booth and ends up having a steamy affair with. farrell's character is self absorbed and a good liar. you may wonder why he uses a phone booth. stu is married and cant let her find out.
the story line unfolds one day as he had just finished conversing with the yound lady and i rings. farrell answered it not giving it a second thought and starts to find out that the caller has great knowledge of his personal life that he never presumed was known ot anyone. the callers deep eerie voice has us all in suspence as we struggle to loose the tension building in our nerves.
then the call gets creepy, as anyone would he tried to hang up but the caller insists that he doesn't. stu is threatened and sternly told that he was being watched and would be shot. farrells acting skills reach a climax at this point and is one of the best acting moments i have witnessed. he becomes tremendously insecure and manages to summon the police. i really don't ant to give away the rest of the plot and ruin it for you but i can tell you that the ingenious storyline unfolds around the phone box and is not a film to be dismissed especially as it is available on dvd and video. farrelll is my favourite actor and he's proven in films like Hart's War and The Recruit, Farrell has this amazing ability to make even the lamest storyline seem at least somewhat interesting.

other actors in this film include:
forest whitaker (captain ramey)
katie homles (pamela mcfadden)
radha mitchell (kelly shepard)
And
Keifer sutherland (the caller)

pervasive language and violence are evident in this film.

Probably too many opinions in one day, people will not read them all. It is £22.50 before you can cash in not £25

An impressive 9 opinions in 1 day. Perhaps you should consider writing more on one subject than little on many. Also reading other peoples opinions will help you out. You do know you need at least £25 before you can cash anything in!?

S :o)
