A great comedy from Seth Rogen and Adam Goldberg.

The film is a is a funny take on two stoners, one played by seth rogen gets witnesses a murder and is hunted down and is on the run with some hilarious escapades to go with it.

The best thng about this film is James franco's drug dealer. A big hearted soul searching Stoner who is senstive and very chilled. His performance reminded me of Brad pitts take on the local pott head in True romance. He is instantly likeable and his character is well thought out and acted spot on. its great to see him in a role lke this rather than the brooding type he always seems to play.

Seth rogen is his usuall likeable self but doesnt get as many laughs as franco. He plays it more straight and unfortunatly feel's he would of been better sittting out the movie.

The film is funny and worth the watch for some great laughs. The notable scenes in the movie all come in the first half, the first time we see the two main protagonists together is awkward but instanlty settles you in to the kind of relationship we will see unfold. Also the scene where they are hiding in the woods is cracking and the space line delivered by franco gave me the most unexpected laughing fits in long time.

The ending shootout reminds me a bit to much like hot fuzz and doesnt seem to fit within the movie.

The film is the usuall seth rogen vehicle we are used to seeing, the shineing star of the movie is james franco who delivers one of the best comedy performances this year so far.

The dvd extras of the film are the usual, the commentary is over filled and it is hard to make out who is talking so best avoided. The making of with gag reel and conversations with cast and crew are intresting enough to see all the way thorough. All in all a dvd worth buying.
