Advantages: Deleted Scenes (Very Funny)

Disadvantages: Too Long and Complicated.

Pirates 3 has received lots of different reviews but I think it is a great film but it isn't as good as the others in the series.

The cast does a great job and kept me entertained. The story is a little complicated so children can watch but may not understand. It is also a long film so children may become annoyed. The sound and picture quality is great. The music soundtrack is really good and fun to listen too. The film contains lots of special effects which are stunning.

In the film, the action follows the second film just after Jack Sparrow was locked in Davey Jones's Locker and has been killed. Then, he makes fake versions of himself that will cause mayhem around the world. It is a great end to the series but also leaves it open to another film which could be released.

The DVD contains some extras but no commentaries. However, it does have some fantastic deleted scenes which will make you laugh. They are great to watch over and over again.

Overall, the film is great to watch and very entertaining but the story is complicated and is possibly too long for children to enjoy it. However, the extras are great and funny.
