Advantages: hillarious, amazing actors!!

Disadvantages: Leaves you hanging at the end

The first of the most fabulous trilogy of all time :-p
The films are based on a ride at Disneyland....yes a ride....!!
The ride is at both Florida and Paris (and possibly the LA Disney), its a little like a log flume whihc takes you around a pirates land of treasure and curse.
The film is very much the same as the ride!! The characters look like the dummies on the ride, the story even has corrosponding scenes (such as the dog with the key on a ring in the prison!).

The film stars an amazing cast of Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Kiera Knightly and many many more.

Johnny Depp's acting in this film is top notch, amazing!! Absolutely spot on!!
The film is funny, has a great story line, has a little bit of romance, a believeable set of characters, everything you want from a film!!! The film is a Walt Disney film, and so its target audience is children, but I would recommend this for EVERYONE!

Its most definitely the best of the three films, as is usual with trilogies. Now, the only thing with the film, is that the end leaves you hanging very much like a series of shows on TV does, meaning, you must watch the next and then the next to find out what happens, which I must say is a marvellous marketing tool from the Directors point of view ensuring the same viewers from the first film to the second and third films...very clever, but a little annoying seeing as you have to wait at least a year or two between each film!!

The film is too complicated to go into detail about and i don't want to ruin it for you! But, basically, the film follows notorious Pirate Cpt Jack Sparrow, who lost his ship The Black Pearl, and wants it back...on his travels he discovers the truth about the curse of the Black Pearl.

The film is hillarious, it really is for everyone!! You need to watch it!!!!!!
