Advantages: Will appeal to kids

Disadvantages: Average animation

They are back and this time I don't think they'll be
as big as before but the kids are still going to like
this. The same characters are here as in the first
Pokemon movie and it's just another adventures for the
kids.

A Pokemon collector, Jirarudan, tries to bring
together the three rare birds that are said to release
the sea monster Pokemon, Lugia. If he captures it, it
would make Jirarudan the most powerful Pokemon trainer
on the planet. But Ash and his friends want to stop
him because if he has control of Lugia's power he
could destroy the world.

Visually this is better then the firtst movies because
it has computer animation involved and uses it well to
add extra effect. The pencil animation hasn't
improved that much, they could have used more frames
to make the animation smoother. But you know this is
another quick-made movie to make the bucks.
