This is problably the best wourkout of all 4 Pump IT Up DVD's since it has more sections with diferent kinds of exercices despite sections are shorter which I think is a good thing. Plus, it isn't as complicated as previous workouts, does not have lots and lots of complicated steps hard to learn (which I like cause it's always a challenge) and the tunes as always are funtastic. Deanne Berry returns (she was the first ever pump it up series instructor followed by Fiona Fagan) and is perfect and inspiring. A couple of years ago I really enjoyed podium and stage dancing at my favourite 'hard dance' clubs. Having giving that up I realised a few months ago just how unfit I was and bought The Hotpants Workout DVD. While that is great and I still do it from time to time I know all the routines now so when the Ministry Of Sound advertised Pump It Up on TV before Christmas I got quite excited (a bit sad, but I love dancing!) and ordered it immediately. PUMP IT UP Anyone with a TV will remember the raunchy video for Eric Prydz's Call On Me dance tune, which featured lots of attractive women (and one man) doing a sexually charged aerobic workout. I love exercise videos/DVD’s and have loads, but when I heard that the Ministry of Sound were making a DVD based on the music video for Call on me, by Eric Prydz, I just knew I had to buy it! ~Introduction~ The DVD starts with a list of warnings – just sensible stuff like don’t exercise if you’re unwell or have been drinking etc. This part of the DVD is ‘locked’ so that you can’t fast forward through it, which I think is a good idea as it’s aimed to make you take notice. After this you are taken to a menu where you can select various options – such as ‘play workout’, or ‘play extra’s’ etc, but I’ll come back to that later in the review. On ...
