He first came onto our screens in the documentary 'boiling point' which followed his kitchen for a bit. The basic premise of this series: Gordon Ramsay goes to a struggling restaurant, tells the chef the food is sh*t and the owner he's a wan*er. The owner kicks off and argues with Gordon, before giving into his proposals, and finally rejoicing when Gordon saves the restaurant from going down the pan, all in the space of a week.
