This film is based around Pete Thompson (Rhys Ifans), a playboy who thinks life is easy and has it all due to his dad being a high-flyer, he is forced to review everything he knows when his father dies and he realises he has inherited a company on the verge of bankruptcy. He realises with the help of his friend and accountant that he will have to do business with the Russian Mafia to regain his money and be what he believes he should. Additionally I normally trust British Films.. Well this film breaks the mould of your Trainspottings, Shallow Graves etc, it is very tedious, unbelievable, the acting is wooden, Josephs Irish accent is well, not Irish at all... although the acting isn't too bad from Fiennes, Ifans and wierdly Danni Behr, who plays a dumb blonde "Essex Girl" type secretary, but Tara Fitzgerald and Sadie Frost are crap, i haven't seen Frost in anything before but the normally talented ...
