Samurai Pizza Cats (DVD)

I loved SPC when I was little (ok I'm only 18 now!), it is so good, I saw it about 2 years ago, on Fox kids and it all came flooding back to me! I agree with DJ - it can get repetitive, but it is really great!! If you like Anime (which I do!), chances are that you will like this. Pizza Cats are really meant for the kiddies, I would say 7+ , but it has a charm that will grab you from the beginning, even the song is catchy! Not much else to say really, you have to watch it to like it, but then again, since it is for kids, if you didn't see it when you were young, perhaps it may not look great, but just silly. Samurai Pizza Cats (or SPC to fans) is a little-known Japanese anime that was shown in the UK for the first time in 1991. It's a shame that it's not very popular, as it's a right little gem! The series (which counts 52 episodes) is about a team of superhero cats who, in their spare time, work in a pizzeria. Hence the title.
