      Very helpful

Perfect film for the whole family!

Last week, I was suffering from a really nasty bout of flu and so had a couple of days off sick. I spent the time that I wasn't sleeping, curled up on the sofa watching the television. I was really pleased that there are currently a lot of Christmas movies showing on the television; one of which I am going to review right now.

Santa Baby 2 is an American comedy fantasy movie. It was released in the United Kingdom in 2010. This movie is the sequel to the movie 'Santa Baby'.

      ~ * The Plot * ~

It's Christmas and Santa Clause is on strike; he's tired after all these years and wants his daughter Mary to fill in for him. Mary already has a successful career in New York and is torn between her career and family. What will she do?

I loved the plot; it's so Christmassy. I don't think you could get a more Christmassy movie; especially as it was all set in Santa's grotto. It is such a magical movie and I felt really excited watching it.

I liked the majority of the characters in the movie. I felt sorry for Mary; she seemed quite 'real' and easy to relate to. I wasn't keen on the evil Terry though. I also liked the elves as they were cute!

The movie stars Jenny McCarthy (I actually thought she was presented on GMTV, but I think that's Jenny Falconer!). I hadn't seen Jenny McCarthy in a movie before, although I was impressed. All of the acting in the movie was brilliant; I especially thought the elves did a great job.

This movie is so heart-warming and so easy to watch; perfect for watching whilst chilling out, as it doesn't require you to think which is good. I think that adults will love it and get just as excited as children.

The movie is the sequel to 'Santa Baby', however I haven't seen that movie and I had no difficulty trying to work out what was happening in this movie as it was all easy to follow. I am therefore also unable to comment on which movie is better etc.

I would definitely recommend this movie to watch during the countdown to Christmas. It's the perfect family film.

      Thanks for reading!
