Having watched all the other Saw movies I was starting to wonder, where is it all leading? Are they just making it up as they go along or have they had a plan from the very first chapter?

Well now that I have seen the final chapter, frankly who cares? It is full of new ways of dismembering, disembowelling and decapitating victims of the Saw Game that will keep you at the edge of your seat and your palms sweaty. So they must have done something right, right? Anyway I would say do not be put off watching this movie if you haven't seen the other six films yet, as if you are a gorno fan like me then you will just enjoy the imaginative minds of Patrick Meltona and Marcus Dunstan (the writers) and the way that Kevin Greutert (who by the way hasn't been pironeering the for all of the Saw saga and has only directed Saw VI and Saw 3D) is able to capture them for its fans.

If they decided to make another chapter say 'The Final Final Chapter', although I would be annoyed by they flogging the dead cash horse, I probably would still book a seat at CineWorld.
