Advantages: Strong plot, good acting, nice soundtrack

Disadvantages: acting is slightly out there

What a spoof show this is. This was the first movie in the series and in my eyes it is stil the best. I do not know what it is with films but I feel the first in a series is always the best. When this film first came out it was on the lips of everyone who enjoyed an honest comedy film. The main horror film which this film leans on is scream, which was a popular horror film when it first came out and remains a popular film even today.
I myself arent particualrly into films therefore I couldnt tell you who the actors are, however they all work extremely well together and even though the acting is slightly out there it is extremely enjoyable and it works well together. I dont know about anyone else, however my favourite character has to be Shorty. He seems to know nothing about what is going on and still manages to have fun throughout the film when the other characters are falling to bits.

The film doesnt have any speical effects, however it still looks fairly modern and does make use of an excellent soundtrack with music from popular R and B, Pop, Rap and Rock artists. The music isnt th strong point of the film, however. I personally feel the acting and humour is the strong points of this film.
Overall it is definetely worth purchasing and you can watch it time and time again and still laugh at all the jokes which you have heard many, many times before.
