A spoof of the multitude of horror films that have been about for some time i.e. the Halloweens, Friday the thirteenth, Scream etc. If you like the Naked Gun and Airplane films then you?ll enjoy this one.

If you?re offended by gay humour, shocked by an erect penis then this is not the movie for you. If you?re embarrassed to laugh at juvenile humour then avoid this one because I could nothing but laugh.

The film starts with high school student Drew Becker (Carmen Electra) making popcorn when the phone rings. Before you know it she?s running through a sprinkler system in her underwear (one of my fav. bits) with a masked man in pursuit. The next day this is big news in school and pushy reporter Gale Hailstorm (Cheri Oteri) is there to cover it all and try and find out what?s behind it all by any means.

Cindy (Anna Faris) is worried that all this ahs something to do with a man that they killed last Halloween and here pals try to tell her different in their own way. But the killer is soon on her trail. This is the basic story line of the movie with the humour not one hundred percent of the time but coming in waves.

To me the best part is where the killer sits down with some would be victims as they smoke a joint and he joins in to have a puff. His expressions on his death mask are quite hilarious.

A film that if you want a giggle its for you but if you want a story line and great acting then this is not the film for you.

Six out of ten for humour.
