Advantages: More blood in smaller doses
Disadvantages: Too much of a comedy
It's the big one, the final part of the trilogy and "all bets are off".... I acctualy own this on DVD as of the 3rd of july as I am such a big fan of the serise that I bought it from U.S.A. for about £25. I tried seeing it at the cinema but got kick out (I was only 14 at the time). But afterseeing ti five times now I can safely say that if I was not such a big fan It may have been worth the wait for it to come out here. It is no where as near as good as the first one and is still a little way behind Scream 2. If you have not seen the first two you have a snowballs chance in hell of enjoying it as much as someone who has.The plot is too dependent on the plots of the first two for that. Also this is too tounge in cheek to be scary, the first two had comic relif but this has scary relif from the comedy, it more like "American Werewolf in London" than "Nightmere on Elm Street" It is a desent film to finish of with it might have just been rushed. The best bit in my opinion is the soundtrack which has "Creed", "slipkont", "Static-X" and many more class acts including David Arqette's band "Ear2000".
