But when the subject of babies comes up everything starts to unravel for her, too. It's not just Charlotte having baby issues either: after what seems like an eternity of enforced sexual abstinence, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) is horrified to discover she's pregnant. Season four is where life gets a little deeper for these Manahttan ladies... things are starting to change from light and breezy multiple dating, to more serious matters of marriage, babies, aging, and death. On a lighter note, there are cameos from Lucy Lui and Heidi Klum. Carrie turns 35, which is pretty unusual for a single, female character in a popular American TV show. SATC is brave enough to admit that, much as we like talking about being independent, and loving our single lives, there are moments when being part of a couple would be nicer than going home alone. as a guy i always get questioned about my sexual preferences when i say that i watch sex and the city. why?! 4 forty-something hot older women having sex on screen? why would any man not want to watch that?! ok, i cant speak for women, but if kim cattrall were not in the show then i prob wouldnt be half big a fan as I am. sarah jessica parker is good in her role as carrie but the character is just needy and whiney! the other two characters are both funny and sexy and miranda has that extra something that after six series i still cant quite work out! anyway series 4 is consistently good, as good as the previous series'. there is a certain chronlogy to be followed, but its ... This Friday sees the return of Sex and the City to our TV screens in a brand new slot. So with this in mind why not re-visit previous seasons to get yourself in the groove. Especially as there's a good deal currently on the DVD?s and Video's online and on the high street. This show is always fun, fruity and enjoyable. As I said in my opinion on Season 3, you don't have to be a woman to enjoy it. It's perfectly fine for blokes to find it interesting and entertaining. I wouldn't go as far as saying that it puts you in touch with your feminine side but it certainly makes you more female orientated. It?s an education into a woman's psyche. ...
