No one can have avoided all the hype around the new Sex and the City movie, I've been hearing and reading about it for weeks. Having been an avid fan of the TV series which left our screens four years ago I couldn't wait to see it when it was released in the UK to catch up with all the drama and gossip of the four girls. As you may have noticed, this is a review of Sex and the City: The Movie. Oh god, another one I hear you cry. But wait, this is a review of Sex And The City (SATC) with a difference - it's written by a guy! For anyone that's been living on Mars for the last few months, SATC: The Movie is the big screen adaptation of the HBO comedy series that ran for 6 series and ended in 2004. I was a bit young to watch Sex and The City when it was first aired on our television screens. However, I caught up a few years ago when Paramount Comedy showed the whole lot every evening for a few months and I instantly fell in love with it. My other half bought me the boxset for Christmas a year ago, and when I heard they were making a movie, I knew that I had to go and see it at the cinema. Did you know that a large drink from Odeon Cinemas consists of (I'm guessing here) about 750cm3? No? Well, now you have something to think about.
