Advantages: Very funny, had me crying with laughter in parts!

Disadvantages: I wasn't overly happy with the ending but all of my friends were!

Introduction
Firstly i'd just like to say that i have never watched an episode of Sex in the City and when my friend said she had bought the DVD and we should watch it, i'll admit i wasn't keen. That said, i agreed to watch it anyway - and i was so pleased that i did.

This film is one of the best i've seen in a long time. It didn't matter that i had no idea who any of the characters were at the beginning of the film - or that i didn't have a clue about their past, because the film was so well put together that i felt i had followed the four friends from day one.

It had a great storyline, was extremely funny, and sad in equal amounts and my favourite scene (let me just say sushi!) had me crying with laughter! The whole cast were absolutely amazing, making me wish i'd watched the series Sex and the City from the start.

The next day i went to buy the DVD for myself - and its not often i buy DVD's to be honest.

I would thoroughly recommend this film that has a great mix of everything. It doesn't matter if you have watched the TV series or not, you'll enjoy the film regardless.

Summary: Great film, great cast, definitely recommended.
