Some mothers do ave em - Series 3 ============================== Well, what can you say about Frank Spencer? A gentile man with a heart of gold but the competence of a 3 year old. Frank can't get a job. His Mac and Beret are not helping. When he gets a job, which is extremely rarely, it never lasts more than a day. The people at the job centre run for cover or start popping pills or hiding in cupboards. His DIY always turns out to be either incompetently done or a death trap and in most cases both.
