Advantages: amusing film
Disadvantages: annoying audiences
... but mostly.
Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny go to see the "new Canadian movie" they've been waiting so anxiously for. There they learn a whole new host of swear-words, which they demonstrate as only 8-year-olds can do so well.
The mothers find out and ban them from going back to see it, which they promptly do. When Kenny then burns to death (oh my god!) as a result, more drastic action is taken. And when Cartman then launches into a full rendition of "Kyle's Mom's a bitch" - including a multi- language section - something has to be done!
If you ignore for a moment the excessive swearing (which actually gets a little tedious after a while - the funniest scene in the whole of South Park: series 1 was the one where Kyle did a 5-minute beep-filled rant at the aliens), Saddam Hussein and Satan being gay lovers, the whole musical thing and cheap animation ... Stone and Parker do actually seem to be making a justified point about American censorship - that kids are allowed to watch all manner of sex and violence, but the merest hint of a swear word, and a film is all but banned.
The film itself is funny, and the story line is entertaining. Might be a bit of a problem if (like me) you're sat next to someone that finds every single swear word worthy of falling about the floor laughtin, though
