The Tracy Anderson Method - Mat Workout DVD ... have never seen a workout DVD quite like this one, and i have tried a few. I thought i would try this DVD as Tracy Anderson is a personal trainer and I thought possibly she might know a little more than all these clebrities that are bringing out DVDs after they lose 2 pound. Thracy Anderson claims to give you a lean feminin figure, and it works! The ideas in the DVD are innovative and enjoyable. no part of jour body is at rest throughout the whole DVD. I have been doing this DVD for a mont and a half and im really seeing results. The exercises that are used in the DVD are strenuous and the DVD does take about 1 hour to complete burt it is totally worth it for the resu... Thrilla In Manila / The Big Punchers (DVD) ... it comes to being a boxing fan the most we usually get from "official" sources are books and "movies" based on a fighter in particular, things like "Joe and Max" or "Ali" for example, though we can often find poor quality videos on sites like youtube it s rare for us to be able to buy fully licensed DVDs. One of the few collections that was licensed was the "Boxing Classics" series which was produced by "Clear Vision" under the license of ESPN who s own catalogue of fights is amongst the best and the largest. The Ashes - England V Australia 2005 (3 DVDs) ... a series and what a boxset!!!!! This is possibly the greatest cricket series I have ever watched, made all the better by the fact that we actually managed to beat the Aussies. In fact, my favourite part of this boxset is a quote from Geoffry Boycott, when he says "Bad luck you Aussie". Michael Slater responds with "Now steady on Geoffry". Pure commentary brilliance. The boxset is comprised of three discs, with two test matches on the first two discs and one test on the last disc with added extras.
