This one contains all 5 volumes of first season of Stargate

The first disc contains 3 episodes, the first one is a pilot which is longer and works good as a standalone movie also. It gives a nice introduction to the series.
We get to know what Stargate series is all about, get to know the characters.

The actors are great although if you are a McGuyver fan will have some trouble adjusting seeing Richard Dean Anderson in a different role, but once that is behind you, you will realize that this just might be a role of his life. Other cast is great too and as time passes and the more episodes you watch the more you will be fond on them.
The main point of this series is space travel through a device called Stargate.

Episodes on disc
1. Children of Gods - a nice introduction to series
2. The Enemy Within - episode where you will find out more about the enemies of arth
3. Emancipation - the episode where you will get to know a nation which evolved from Mongols and how they live.

Other discs contain regular around 45 minutes episodes and offer us lots of entertainment a lot off action, beautiful new worlds great stories and cultures.
If you are a sci-fi fan or if you like fantasy movies (or if you are looking a gift for a person that is) you can not go wrong with this one. Ant the packing is really beautiful.

The only thing that could be considered as a minus is that last episode ends with to be continued and you will have to buy season 2 to find out how it ends. But if you watch this season you will run to store to buy season 2.
