Sweeney Todd is a musical based on the Fleet Street Barber of London (Benjamin Barker).

This film is entertaining and fun to watch. It features Helena Bonham-Carter as the loveable Mrs Lovett and Johny Depp as Benjamin Barker.

The story for is based on Benjamin Barker and his revenge. His revenge for being locked up for a crime he didnt even commit. The musical follows Barkers/Todds return to London to find his wife and his daughter.

He soon discovers his daughter is being kept by Judge Turpin and this starts Todds rampage on almost everyone he can get his hands on in london,turning him into a serial killer - all in the name of revenge.

Todd joins up forces with Mrs Lovett (who is besotted with him,and would do anything for him) even help him dispose of the bodies of his victims - in a very unusual way!

The whole musical is based on a story of love,crime,pain and revenge,as seen through the eyes of Sweeny Todd.

Even if your not a big fan of musicals this is still entertaining and Its definately a film you should watch and buy,as I think it gets better each time you watch it.
