Slightly dated now, but nonetheless still well played and hugely popular. 'Leaving on a jet plane' being one of my favourites, as is the beautiful 'Annie's song'.
This film left me slightly troubled, as I did not realise what a turbulent life John had led. Take me home shows the tough decisions he had to make as regards to his career versus his marriage.
