Once again this is a great story brought to life by the magic of Dinsey. ====The Story==== The film starts by showing a husband and wife escaping from their sinking ship along with their baby. In between we see a family of gorillas. This shows the similarities between man and ape. The shipwrecked family set up house in the jungles of Africa. I was forced to watch this film and was I glad!! Typically I thought that I was too old for Disney animated films but Tarzan was great! Even the Phil Collins music was tolerable. Even though you know the story before you watch the film it's still great entertainment. I thought Jane's over the top English accent was hilarious, or perhaps I am just too common? It's the normal Tarzan storyline but Disney always manage to make their films very entertaining for everyone, this one being no exception. Wow what a wonderful movie, Children love walt disney films and sometimes adults love them too. I first watched this movie at the cinema and loved every minute. The great Tarzan story with added humour. Adorable characters, a great heart warming story and plenty of witty lines. One of my favourite characters is Jane with her good ole english accent all prim and proper until the jungle life changes just a few things. I am not a big Disney film fan, and I usually watch them when coerced into doing so. I only planned to watch the beginning of this, but I ended up watching all of it, which shows that it must have been quite a good film. This films tells the familiar story of the ape man, brought up in the Jungle by apes, who can communicate with animals, and eventually has contact with other humans. This story is told in typical Disney style, with beautiful animation, and music and songs. The animation in all Disney films is good, but I think that even for Disney the animation was particularly good. We first bought this for my eldest who has just got interested in Walt Disney and we ended up watching it ouselves first while the kids were in bed! It really is a great movie for all the family, as I'm sure most people already know the story of Tarzan I wont go into too much detail, but its about a baby boy stranded when his parents are killed by "Sabor" the tiger, luckily the baby is found by "Kala" the Mrs of the king of apes, thus he is brought up by the apes, it then shows "Tarzan" growing in stages from baby to man and all the fun he has along the way, then along comes some researchers, one of them being "Jayne" ...  Read the complete review
