Teachers - Series 3 (DVD)

This DVD set includes series 3 of the hugely successful 'Teachers'. Its set in Bristol and follows the lives of several teachers who's immaturity, childish antics and games are just as bad as their pupils. Not only is it funny, but the writers also base a lot of their storylines on famous works of fiction, then show the teachers teaching these books, acting as a narration and an overview of the plot of that episode, which i think i very clever. I am a huge fan of Teachers, and is definitely my favourite TV series. i can honestly think everyone will find this funny, mainly due to the fact that people will be able to relate this to their childhood experiences at school. ...  Read the complete review

For those of you who don't know or have never heard of 'Teachers', it was a comedy-drama series that aired on Channel 4 in the UK from 2001 to 2004. There were four series in total, and this is a review of the third series DVD, which came out at the end of last year. It follows the lives of a group of teachers, mostly in their late twenties/early thirties, in and outside of school. The show is set in Summerdown School in Bristol, and is filmed here too. Each episode of Teachers lasts roughly 45 minutes, so you get quite a lot of material on this DVD.
