Advantages: Good new actors making breakthrough performances.

Disadvantages: Sloppy storyline relying on previous films.

I watched this movie in the cinema and to give my honest opinion I think terminator has lost it's edge. This is another film that proves that with big explosions lots of fighting and big actor names director's think they can own the big screen I can tell you a thousand ways I would have rather spent my money. I think if you are a true die hard terminator fan you will be dissapointed, they could have done something really genre defining but have instead I feel used another big name to try and make a bit of money, the plot lacks depth and the characters are flimsy and badly casted, the films only reach out to quality is the performance by Sam Worthington a newish name to the big screen, I feel he played his role as a terminator with human emotions very well. My final analysis is that this film is for a bored day out if the cinemas 7 other screens aren't working. Alex.
