The Backyardigans is aimed at pre-school children. However, my overall impression is that it's a bit more advanced than the Teletubbies - sometimes they even use words of more than two syllables! This was a Christmas present from me to me! ---Intro to why I wanted a kid's DVD (and not one from the 1980s)--- I first heard of the Backyardigans last year I think, when someone told me they'd seen a kid's TV programme with a moose in it (if anyone doesn't know, I am obsessed with moose). I looked up the Internet site and found that yes there was a moose, called Tyrone. I added a random Backyardigan's DVD to my Amazon wishlist to buy at some point in the future. Earlier this year I was in Clinton Cards when I saw a cuddly Tyrone for sale, so I had to buy it of course. Then later on I was in The Works and had to buy a Backyardigan's ...
