When I first saw the preview for The Banger Sisters I was delighted. I hadn’t known Susan Sarandon not to do a good a film (take Thelma & Louise and Stepmom for instance) or Goldie Hawn (the list is endless) so I gathered the two together would make a perfect comedy match, and there’d be sparks flying on-screen. Both Hawn and Sarandon and wonderful actresses, and The Banger Sisters, at first, sounds like a film that non-successful actresses would make. When I first saw this film it was when I had seen it at the cinema but I loved it so much that I just had to buy it. This is a great film with a great cast that will be fun for anyone to watch. Susan Sarandon and Goldie Hawn star in this film and it begins with Goldie Hawn's characters Suzette being fired from her job. She is in her room and then pulls out a picture of her friend from the past Lavinia Kingsley who to her was called Vinnie. She decides there is nothing happening for her where she is so she takes her car which has been fixed and heads off to Phoenix, Arizona. In the middle of her trip Suzette runs out of gas and stops of at a petrol station ...
