Possibly one of the most bizarre films you are ever likely to see, The Bed Sitting Room is classic Spike Milligan. I watched this film when I was in my early teens but never really appreciated it for the classic that it was. I suppose I was after the nutty comedy that ran through the Goon Show and Spike's own sketch show 'Q'. You couldn't get further away from those programmes than you get with this film.
