Wow I was completely blown away by this movie! I watched it at the suggestion of my little sister, and I was very surprised! This movie really gets you thinking. You start to ponder about what being bad or good really means. Everyone has at one time picked up a paper and read the sad homicide/ murder stories. What if someone was to take the law into their own hand? I will warn you now this movie is not for everyone! There is blood shed, violence, and curse words throughout. If you are not able to look past that do not watch this film. This movie should have definitely been promoted more.

Storyline

Connor and Murphy are Irish brothers who live in Boston. They kind of fall in to killing Mafia Thugs by a strange twist of fate. The brothers along with their friend Roc are out to rid the city of "bad" guys. The brothers believe in Justice and Truth. The town's citizen's are not complaining and even FBI agent Paul Smecker is beginning to wonder if these boys are on to something by taking the law into their own hands.

Opinions

This was a great movie! All of the acting was very nicely done. The brothers are not hard on the eyes either. I loved the Irish accent. I also must add that Willem Dafoe is absolutely one of the ugliest men I have ever seen in drag! The ending has a very unique twist that will completely shock you. I loved the upbeat Irish music played throughout the movie. This movie could be seen as controversial, while it did make me think, I basically just seen the movie as entertainment. There are tons of action scenes to keep the movie flowing. I definitely recommend this movie! I give it a 9/10! I was shocked to learn that this movie when straight to DVD, what were the head honcho's thinking?!
