After both me and hubby thoroughly enjoyed watching The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe we could not wait to watch the next instalment from the Narnia series. I have to say that this did cause some argument between us! At the start of the film we see a baby boy being born and the father sending word that he wants Prince Caspian now killed so his son will be the only heir to the throne. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was released in 2008 and is the filmed version of the book of the same name, which was written by C.S Lewis. Both the film and the book are the sequels to the film and the book entitles The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Prince Caspian is a film based on the book by C.S. Lewis and follows some of the same characters from the earlier film The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. The film begins with the birth of a boy in a castle. The father of the boy is Miraz an evil man who now he has an heir wants to ensure he becomes king. Prince Caspian is the second film in the Chronicles of Narnia series that is directed by kiwi Andrew Adamson. It introduces new up and coming actor Ben Barnes in the title role as well as bringing back the 4 original Pevensie children from the first film.
