A review of the Strike Force Entertainment DVD, which costs an over-ambitious £12 on amazon at the moment. There are times when you regret your actions. Everything I'd ever seen or read about it suggested that The Cool Mikado is one of the worst films ever made. But at the back of my mind there was always a niggling voice. 'What if it's brilliant? What if it's a lost cult classic? Come on! It's got Frankie Howerd in it! How bad can it be?' So I had to find out, in the same way as you'd have to pull the sheet back to see if the corpse on the trolley was someone you knew, even if you realised that the knowledge might destroy you.
