The green mile is an exceptional movie that is very gripping due to it's fascinating story. The characters in the film are very inspiring and develop throughout the course of the movie which is great to see. It truly is one of those films you have to see before you die.

The running time of the movie is 188mins, just over 3 hours! but wow it really is a great piece of film making at its best. Chances are if you liked The Shawshank Redemption(which i loved) then you are going to like this.

The plot revolves around a man being esnt to death row for raping and murdering two small girls, however we soon learn of his innocence throughout the film which lets you as the viewer get very involved in the characters storys. Its a film full of all sorts of different emotions, it has hilarious bits, dramatic bits and sad bits. The acting is fantastic and has to be seen to believe.

So there you go, The Green Mile, one of stephen kings greatest film adaptions (next to The Shawshank Redemption) this review really is never enough to make you understand how good a film it is, and at the price it can be bought for today it truly is worth it.
