The Hollywood Workout (DVD)

Id say this DVD was more for toning than losing weight as such, the workout itself isnt difficult, so depending on your current fitness level, you may not feel as though you have done a substancial workout, howeverif you dont already exercise regularly you may find that this workout suits your current fitness level and find the routines benifiacial.
