The Office is what made Ricky Gervais famous. It's not hard to see why as this show could be one of the best British comedy's ever thanks to the brilliant wring of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.

The office is about the daily work lives of office employees in Wernham Hogg Paper Company. Its a mockumentary which means its like a documentary but its all acted and not real. The Office focuses on David Brent (played by Ricky Gervais) who is the manager of the the branch. He is quite a interesting character as he thinks of himself as being funny and popular while in reality he is far from that. We see him in a lot of awkward and funny moments. The rest of the cast such as Garath (played by Mackenzie Crook) are also extremely funny. One of the best things I like is how at the start of the show David seemed like a unlikeable character but as I got to see him more I started to feel slightly sorry for him.

This DVD also includes A 40-minute documentary, "How I Made The Office" by Ricky Gervais - Out-takes - Video Diary - Deleted scenes. These extras are nice and can be a good watch.

Overall this is a great buy as you can get this for just £5 from Amazon. I would highly recommended anyone who has not seen the The Office to watch it now!
