Advantages: action packed , good story, futuristic

Disadvantages: too short

Prior to actually seeing the film, I saw a few excerpts on television designed to advertise and promote the film. My initial impression was certainly not a favourable one because it appeared to contain very fast and unrealistic martial arts action which I normally associate with cheap japanese films. However, when I finally saw the film I realised that my initial impression was totally wrong, the action is not only justified but well explained by the story itself.
The storyline is based on the existance of a multiverse, which is a large number of universes intertwined and comprising of the same inhabitants One of the special team employed to patrol and police the portals between these universes was forced to kill his alternate self in another universe. As a result he became stronger, faster and mentally more powerful, which he soon realised was due to the fact that the life force of the individual he killed was now being shared equally among the remaining examples of him.
His ultimate goal was to eliminate all of his alternates in every other universe, thus making himself an extremely powerful individual.
This is an action packed film based on a good futuristic story, and I recommend that you give it a try if you get the opportunity.
