Advantages: Very scary film

Disadvantages: Would class it as a 15 not a 12a

The Others is about a mother and her two children (who are allergic to sunlight) living in a mansion one of the British Isle just after the Second World War. Shortly into the film three strangers arrive at the mansion looking for work and soon after the children start to see and experience ghostly appericions, to the disbelief of their mother, untill she experiences something herself but is convinced that there are intruders in the mansion. The final twist at the end is quite chilling.
The Others never fails to give me goosebumps when I watch and every time I watch it I see something new and creepy that I hadnt seen the previous times. There are plenty of moments where the film has you in complete suspense, wondering what could be hiding behind the heavy curtains or lurking in the dark corners. I found this film truely terrifying the first couple of times I watched it. Watch it with the lights off but make sure you dont watch it alone and have something to protect you
