A good feel film (The Pacifier (DVD))

Advantages: entertaining, fun.

Disadvantages: predictable

Although this film was released back in 2005 I only managed to see it the other night (as it was on tv). I remeber seeing the trailers for this film and I thought that this would be a film that would not appeal to me.

The film stars Vin Diesel, who is a tough navy SEAL, and has to take on a very unsual assignment, he has to baby sit five bratty children. There is then a barrage of comical moments where Diesel has to juggle life as the sole carer for the children, between naapy changing, teaching kung fu, and directing a school play, there are plenty of laughs.

The film is fairly predictable and light hearted, there are plenty of action ass kicking moments as well as plenty of feel good moments.

All in all i did enjoy this film, it is good for a rainy afternoon, an hour and a half of comedy entertainment, with bith adult and childrens humour.

Please note i saw this on tv, so i cannot review the special features on the dvd.
