I absolutely loved the first Princess Diaries film, so when I heard of a second one I was ecstatic! Finally I got the chance to watch one of the greatest films around - Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement! Plot: Princess Mia is not happy in Genovia but she finds out that an arranged marriage is being planned. This is my favourite of the two Princess Diaries film and as much as I wax lyrical about a more impressive plot than the first film, Chris Pine plays a big part in why I like it so much. However, please try and look beyond my rather shallow opinion in this regard *cringe* and believe me when I say that he's not the only reason and the film deserves the 5 stars that I've given it. This is the sequel of the Princess Diaries movie. A very sweet and touching film about the all-american princess, Princess Mia. The movie is about Mia's dilemma, after she finds out that she has to marry if she wants to be a queen. She is forced to pick out a man whom she will marry. At first everything looks okay, Mia was happy with the man she picked, but someone butts in, Nicholas. Nicholas complicates Mia's mind, Nicholas drives Mia crazy. Nicholas is also hiding something. Mia is a bout to fall in love to Nicholas. What will happen? I do like this film, really.
