I have heard quite a lot of negative comments about this film, but the reason why I love it so much is because of the fact that I see a lot of myself and my friends in the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. I also like the film because of the originality of the plot; most films these days are a repetition of another movie, but I have rarely seen one that deals with a magic pair of pants designed to fit best friends. I do admire these original storylines and thoughtful details that were added to the film to enhance it. The chemistry between the four girls is also extremely evident and their acting was in perfect harmony to their respective characters. ... Read the complete review

This movie is based on Ann Brashares' Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants books. There are four books in all (a review of the last one coming soon) and the sequel to this film, which is based on the fourth book, has just come out in the US. I'm quite excited to see it when I can! This is a movie is based on the best selling book by author Ann Brashares about a group of best friends who are just starting to find themselves. I didn't know what to expect when I went to see this movie. I didn't actually expect to go see it at all, because the title sounded so dumb, but I went with a co-worker and boy am I glad I did. This movie was ADORABLE. I absolutely loved it. It is a movie that every girl can relate too because the girls in this movie are all completely different in their own ways so it is most likely that every girl will relate to at least one of these lovable characters. I absolutely loved the actresses playing the characters in this movie and ... Read the complete review
