I really wish I could have given this movie a decent review, since I had been looking forward to it ever since I reluctantly watched and surprisingly enjoyed Twilight. However, I am sad to say despite attempting to watch this movie twice, I couldn't actually complete one viewing. It really was that boring.

I don't know if there is any satisfaction to be had in the actually story to this movie, since I found the script pretty weak, but if you are a teenage girl, you will most certainly be satisfied with the vampire crushes and topless totty. Unfortunately, I didn't find that enough to make me able to sit through this film, despite my attempts. I'm not sure if the love story was strong, or believable enough for me to actually have any endearment for any of these characters and I really couldn't get involved with the plot. In fact, a lot of it I found quite annoying and cheap, for instance, the apparitions Bella has of her vampire boyfriend just look a bit naff. Not to mention, all the characters in this film, particularly Bella, have rather motionless faces, or rather, they always have the same expression, which didn't fail to annoy me.
