Amazing Value & A Great Purchase

This boxset contains 6 discs of a great childrens animation. For older viewers the ability to watch analtered cartoons from their youth is a real bonus and at the current price a bargain. There are roughly 60 episodes with a run time of 22 minutes each starting from the very first episode. Bonus features are kept to a minimum but with the feature length time that really isn't an issue.

The story here is the usual goodies versus baddies so nothing new on that front however the story episodes and cast of characters truly draws you in. The story centres on Lion-o, a youth who is the son of the King of Thundera, whose planet is destroyed by mutants and manages to escape with the King's trusted allies. The Thundercats find a new home on Third Earth & with the King of Thundera now dead, Lion-o must take the Sword Of Omens and lead the remainder of his people.

The New planet the Thundercats land on has many mysterious secrets and dangers, Including the eternatl struggle that Lion-o must now face head on with the Evil Sorcerer Mumm-Ra The Ever Living. The battle continues throughout the series but who will win this epic battle.

Well worth looking around for the best deal but you will not regret the purchase, your kids will absolutely adore the adventures of Lion-o and the Thundercats. With an expanding story throughout the series you grow to not only appreciate the excellant animation but also the great Baddies.
This is a great gift for any fans of the series and a great introduction to newer generations who have yet to experience the joy of watching Mumm-Ra's struggle against the Thundercats. Welcome to 3rd Earth.
