Advantages: 2 and a half hours of pure action

I really enjoyed this film. It's a really good action film and I came out with that buzz that you should have when you watch an action film. I worried before seeing the film that this 2 and a half hour film would be so long because the director wanted to plug the time with some romantic storyline that would make me feel I would be better served watching die hard at home rather than watching this, but my fears were put to rest in the opening scene which set the mood perfectly with mass explosions, car chases and planes fighting cars. The only thing I would say on the negative side is that whilst I enjoyed the fact it was action all the way through, I did feel that it was a bit unnecessarily long. This is pulse-racing edge of your seat action film that's thoroughly enjoyable - would recommend watching it on imax to get the full experience.
