Tremors 2: Aftershocks Main Characters: - Fred Ward as Earl Basset - Christopher Gartin as Grady Hoover - Helen Shaver as Kate Reilly - Michael Gross as Burt Gummer Plot: This Movie starts off with a man being chased by a graboid in an oil field; it then swiftly changes location to Earls Ranch. A taxi drives up to the ranch, containing a man that wants to employ earl as a graboid hunter for the petromaya oil company in Mexico because peoples lives have been lost and he is the only person with any experience of what they are like. With the help of Grady Hoover (the Taxi driver) he persuades Earl to go along with the plans. It then moves back the oil fields where Earl and Grady meet up with all the people working the field. This is where Kate comes in, a woman that Earl instantly gains an attraction for. Earl and Grady get set up with weapons from the Mexican army and seismograph screens, to show where the graboids are, so off they go to hunt. All is going well until the graboids adapt to the situation, I wont say how because that would be a spoiler. Though I can say that I personally think this continues on very well from the prequel, and keeps up the high standard of entertainment that I was hoping for. I can guarantee that if you loved the first one then you will definitely appreciate this film, I feel Grady Hoover is a good replacement for Valentine McKee, he is the centre of most of the funnier moments in the film and did a good job. The quality of acting in this film was fairly good and no complaints from me. A few if the computer graphics used could have been better but it didn?t affect the viewing pleasure
