Trishul ( Trident ) - 1978 Trishul was made by Producer Director Yash Chopra on a grand scale. The story was written by Javed Akhtar. It was the first film for which Javed wrote the story independently. Earlier Salim and Javed as a team penned stories for many popular films like Sholay, Deewar, and so on; Yash Chopra, Salim- Javed and Amitabh Bachan teamed in many films in the seventies after the super success of Deewar.
