Advantages: catch up on some well earned kip

This is another one of those flms I was dragged to see by the other half!! I am not a Ben Stiller fan what so ever so I should have known really that I was not going to enjoy this film at all. I think my level of enjoyment of the film can be summarised by the fact that I almost fell asleep in the middle of it.

I found the storyline utterly rediculous and yes I know it's a comedy but the script was terrible and the characters were unbelievable and poorly developed. I know it migth be the case that I am missing a huge point or part to this movie and perhaps the fact that I nearly fell asleep for some of it makes me less qualified than others to comment but this is really aimed at any one who's boyfriends are nagging them to watch it!

If you like Ben Stiller then maybe you'll enjoy it more as I think he wrote it starred in it...'write the theme toon, sing the theme toon' ..that sort of a thing!

It's basically about a bunch of actors on shoot for a war film get stranded and stuck in the middle of a real war thing! That really does sum it up. There's lots of swearing, bad acting and bad dialogue. I didnt go with any high expectations so i didnt really feel dissapointed. I have spoken to other people at work who thought it was great but this one just did not impress me whatsoever!

Summary: possibly the worst film I have seen!
